1. Overview
Meshify Studio provides custom digital creative services, including 3D modeling, 3D-printable STL files, product visualization and rendering, 3D animation, motion graphics, promotional videos, and 2D graphic design.
Because our services involve customized work created specifically for each client, our refund and cancellation terms differ from those applicable to physical products.
We do not sell products that require physical shipping or standard product returns.
2. Custom and Digital Services
Most services provided by Meshify Studio are customized according to the client's requirements, specifications, references, and instructions.
Once work has commenced on a project, resources may have been allocated and work may have been performed specifically for that project. Therefore, payments are generally non-refundable once project work has started, except where a refund is expressly provided under this policy or required by applicable law.
3. Project Cancellation
Before Work Begins
If a client requests cancellation before any work has commenced, the payment may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable payment-processing charges or other clearly disclosed non-refundable fees.
After Work Has Started
Once work has commenced, cancellation does not automatically entitle the client to a refund.
If cancellation is requested after work has started, Meshify Studio may, at its discretion, consider the amount of work already completed, resources committed, and other relevant circumstances when determining whether any partial refund or alternative resolution is appropriate.
4. Revisions and Corrections
Custom projects may include revisions according to the scope agreed upon at the beginning of the project.
If the delivered work does not reasonably match the agreed project requirements, please contact us so we can review the issue and, where appropriate, make reasonable corrections or revisions within the agreed scope.
Requests that substantially change the original project requirements, concept, specifications, or creative direction may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.
5. Digital Deliverables
Our services may result in digital deliverables, including but not limited to:
- 3D models
- STL or other 3D-printable files
- Rendered images
- Animation files
- Promotional videos
- Motion graphics
- 2D design files
- Other digital assets agreed upon for a project
Because digital deliverables are customized and may be delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available after the applicable deliverable has been completed and delivered, except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Meshify Studio determines that a refund or alternative resolution is appropriate.
6. Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Deliverables
If you believe that a delivered file or project contains a significant technical issue, is materially different from the agreed requirements, or is incomplete due to an error on our part, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may provide:
- A correction or revised deliverable
- Additional reasonable revisions
- A replacement file or deliverable
- Another appropriate resolution
Where the issue can reasonably be corrected, correction or revision will generally be preferred over a refund.
7. Client-Requested Changes
Refunds are generally not available because of a change of mind, change in personal preference, change in creative direction, or a request to substantially alter an approved concept after work has commenced.
Additional work resulting from changes outside the originally agreed scope may be quoted separately.
8. Client Delays and Failure to Provide Required Information
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, references, specifications, source files, and other materials reasonably required to complete their project.
Delays caused by missing information, delayed feedback, failure to respond, or changes in client requirements do not automatically qualify for a refund.
If a project is significantly delayed because required client information or feedback has not been provided, Meshify Studio may pause the project until the necessary information is received.
9. Projects That Cannot Be Completed
If Meshify Studio is unable to complete a project for reasons attributable to Meshify Studio, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate resolution.
Depending on the circumstances and amount of work completed, this may include completing the project, providing a replacement deliverable, or issuing an appropriate partial or full refund.
10. No Physical Returns or Exchanges
Meshify Studio does not generally sell physical products requiring shipment.
Accordingly:
- Physical product returns do not apply to our standard services.
- Return shipping is not applicable to digital deliverables.
- Product exchanges are not applicable to our standard digital services.
If Meshify Studio offers a physical product or shipped item in the future, separate terms may apply to that purchase.
11. How to Request a Refund or Resolution

Please include your name, relevant order or project information, and a clear description of the issue.
We will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances, the project scope, the work completed, and applicable law.
12. Applicable Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights, remedies, or protections that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
Where mandatory consumer-protection or refund requirements apply to a particular transaction, those requirements will prevail over any conflicting provision of this policy.
13. Policy Updates
Meshify Studio may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
